How Do I Register, Create My Profile and Free Membership?

Here is a Step-By-Step Guide:

Already registered?

My profile is not active. I've not received any Member ID & Password.

Here are 2 reasons why:

1) Have you validated your email address?

a) After registering, You will receive an email asking for validation of your email address by clicking the link displayed (within 14 days), confirmation will then be displayed at the top of our web page.
b) No email received? If you are unable to locate our email, check your Junk/Spam folder, sometimes genuine email can arrive there, then set your email account to accept our email so we and our members can communicate with you.
c) Our email never arrived? This would indicate that the email address you provided was invalid and you will need to register again.

2) Your registration was not accepted or suitable for our site.

Step 1. Your Basic Profile
These questions are compulsory with the exception of 'Your Town/City If Not Selected'. This can be left blank if you have selected 'Your Town/City' from the drop down box.

a) Are you Male or Female? Make sure you select your correct gender
b) Are all question/fields completed?
c) When clicking the 'Continue' button you are certifying that you are 18 years old or over and confirms that you have read and agreed to accept NewFriends4U terms and conditions of service.

Note: Your email address and surname is always hidden. We make a promise to you that we will never pass this information on to a third party. Your email address is required so we and our members can communicate with you via our system and your surname may help us to search for your profile and personal ads. Please make sure your email address is correct or we will be unable to process your registration.

Step 2. Your Personal Information
We recommend you complete all the question on this screen, especially if you are using our site for dating, as members searching criteria using our 'Power Search' facility may not find you.
Note: Leaving this page blank will reduce the amount of contacts received from other members searching, however you can go to 'My Profile', log on, and complete at a later time.
Click 'Next'.

Step 3. Selecting Your Categories

1) For your Personal Ad/s to be accepted onto our site please ensure you read and information provided.
2) Only select the appropriate categories where you wish your profile and personal ads to appear.
Click 'Next'.

Step 4. Acceptable Adverts
All personal Ads are vetted by a human before being accepted onto our site. To ensure your personal Ad is approved, please see our guidelines displayed, of what is not acceptable and click 'Next'.

Steps 5. Your Advert
Note: All CAPITAL LETTERS is the equivalent to YELLING at someone on the Internet. Avoid using all CAPITAL LETTERS.
Enter your personal Ad text and tell people who you are and your interests followed by describing the type of person you would like to meet.
Note: Check your Personal Ad reads correctly. Amend any spelling errors.
Tip: People will judge you by your written Ad!

Step 6. Upload Your Photo
We recommend you upload a photo, many members only search profiles with photos and this will increase your popularity, to avoid your photo being rejected, ensure you read the information provided. You can if you prefer upload your photo at a latter time by going to 'My Profile'. To continue with completing your profile, click the 'Next' button.

Step 7. Saving Your Profile
IMPORTANT: Is your email address correct?
If your email address is incorrect, use the facility provided to amend, then click 'Save Now'.

Step 8. Registration Details Saved - Confirmation Required
1) To prevent hoaxers from registering on NewFriends4U we ask that you confirm your email address by clicking on the activation link found in our automated email sent to your registered email address. If you haven't received it, providing your email address you entered was correct, wait a few minutes, but may take longer, this would be dependent on the speed of your email provider service.
2) Click the link provided received in our email, a display will be seen on our web page confirming your email address and registration.
3) It may take up to 24 hours before your profile is accepted onto our site.
4 ) If your profile does not appear then see above title 'Already Registered'
